Liz Nash

Liz Nash, a singer songwriter originally from New York, continues with her original songs of indie, blues, country and folk carving music of the future one song at a time. Her music has been featured in HBO as well as Delta airlines and has received numerous songwriting awards including Billboard’s world song contest under jazz.

 

As a child, Liz thought the folk guitar player at the local library was the coolest. She became memorized by the songs she sang. There was truth in it she thought. Soon after, Liz started attending USDAN center performing arts, a branch of Lincoln Center. After class, she would  go home and play songs for her older brother Jorge and they would study the back of Beatles and Simon & Garfunkel albums.

 

Today, she enjoys hosting songwriting retreats in the Orlando area,  hosting songwriting circles and hanging out with her dog, Ms. Waffles. Her lasted  song, “Single Life,” was recently released and can be heard on all streaming platforms.
