April Rose

About April Rose

April Montallana, who goes by the artist name “April Rose,” is an accomplished musician with 15 years of experience performing in bands, ensembles, and solo.  In addition to performing, she has experience as a recording artist, songwriter, and band leader.  April is the vocalist and guitarist of the band Auditory Armory, a progressive alternative rock outfit from Central Florida.  April has released 5 albums with Auditory Armory, with the most recent release being “Dreams of Home: Lassitude Soul” in 2023.  Auditory Armory has had the honor of sharing the stage with rock acts such as Nita Strauss, Fuel, Evanescence, In Flames, Wednesday 13, Eyes Set to Kill, Sarah Longfield, A Pale Horse Named Death, and Lacey Sturm of Flyleaf, just to name a few.  April also releases solo acoustic music under the artist name April Rose.  April is a graduate of Rollins College (2011), with a major in music.  April is an endorsed artist of Solar Guitars.
